Repixo — Privacy Policy

Repixo ("we", "the app") helps business owners manage their Google Business Profile — view reviews and insights, reply to reviews, and create posts. This policy explains what data we handle and your choices.

Information we collect

• Google account & Business Profile data — when you connect your Google Business Profile, we access (via Google's official APIs, with your consent) your account email, name, profile photo, business locations, reviews, ratings, performance/search-keyword insights, photos, and posts.
• Profile details you add — such as a phone number you enter in the app.
• Authentication tokens — Google OAuth tokens, stored encrypted (AES-256) to keep your data in sync.

How we use it

• Show analytics, reviews, and insights for your business.
• Generate AI-assisted review replies and marketing content (processed by Anthropic's Claude API). Review text is sent to the AI only to produce a reply/caption; it is not used to train models.
• Publish replies, posts, and profile updates back to your Google Business Profile, only when you choose to.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the app: Google (Business Profile APIs) and Anthropic (Claude AI, for generating text). We do not share your data for advertising.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Repixo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we use your Google Business Profile data only to provide Repixo's user-facing features — showing your reviews, insights and analytics, and publishing replies, posts and profile updates that you approve. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or (c) to comply with applicable law. When you ask the app to draft a review reply or marketing caption, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate that content at your request; it is not used to train AI models.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: repixo.cdrsoftwares.com/delete-account.

Deletion removes your account, encrypted tokens, cached locations, reviews, and assets from our servers.

Security

Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); all traffic uses HTTPS.
